Terms & Condition
Payment Terms
- Fees for each package are detailed upon agreement and are payable in advance.
- Payments are due upon signing the agreement.
- Late payments may incur penalties as outlined in the agreement.
- Payments are non-refundable.
Renewal
- Packages renew automatically on an annual basis unless either party provides written notice of termination at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.
Scope of Services
- Services commence upon receipt of signed agreement and payment.
- The scope of services includes those specified in the chosen package, with any additional services subject to agreement and additional fees.
Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for the provision of services.
- Clients must respond promptly to requests for information or clarification from HMB Group.
Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. There are no termination fees, but payments made are non-refundable.
Confidentiality
- HMB Group maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information and documents, except where required by law or regulatory authorities.
Governing Law:
- This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By signing below, the parties acknowledge that they have read and understood the terms and conditions outlined above and agree to be bound by them.
